"Walk your talk" and "are you prepare to pay the price" are not uncommon sayings in this company.

I love to ponder the possibilities and creative ways we can please God and serve others. I love to reflect on how things are, and “what if” we changed them. How can we further align ourselves toward His Most Excellent Ways. We only know in part, so it is always good to check what we think that we know often. These are observations and ponderings can be purposeful to challenge existing paradigms, while firming up Kingdom foundations. Many of these are happening all around us, but what if they were not just the exception, but were consistently happening. What will Father do as His children grow up in becoming more like Him? My prayers are to continually stimulate possibility thoughts towards ways that bring forth His Kingdom through our lives. Here are my Observations and Ponderings as we move into 2010: Pray for our leaders rather than complain about who we have or don’t have in office. God is on the throne and will have His way, regardless of who is in office and we are called to pray for His will and for His purposes to be accomplished for our nation. Give to Caesar (government) what is Caesar’s, and give to God what is His, which are our very lives. Jesus was consumed with His Father’s Kingdom being brought to the earth, we must focus on that rather than political processes, and give that burden to Him. Do what you are called to do, and leave the rest to Him.>> Read More ... >>>
Rejoicing Always Living in Christ makes us vulnerable to laughter. Laughter is more than a choice; it’s a requirement for us that we be happy. God’s highest plan for our lives includes a desire for us to find, live in, and love the joy that is in Christ. God is good news! His love and presence is an absolute tonic for us. “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full,” >> Read More ... >>>
The first question you should ask is: ‘What is a Midlife Crisis?’
MLC is an emotional condition that can appear in both men and women, usually around 45, however latest studies reveal that the spread is more around 35 to 50. The anxiety felt usually focuses on the realisation that a person’s life is halfway over. One of the factors has to do with aging. The person may feel that by the time he/she reaches the supposed halfway point in life, he/she should have achieved more.
Marc Gerzon made the following statement about understanding the Adult Metamorphosis: ‘I had a war going on inside me between the voice that said: “You’re finished growing, you’re done, it’s a done deal; and another voice that said: You’ve only begun to explore what life is about!” ’>> Read More ... >>>
This sums it up beautifully, doesn’t it?

The most difficult part of resting in the Lord is learning to say one simple two-letter word: “No.” I have had to learn how to say no. For every ministry invitation I accept, I turn down ten or eleven. I have to say no, because I know what I am called to be and do. If an event doesn’t fit with God’s vision for my life—no matter how attractive the event is—I have to turn it down. God has told me to work in a number of specific countries right now: if I receive an invitation from a different nation, I have to say no. I just can’t go. I know God’s parameters for me.>> Read More ... >>>
Rushing and productivity have no connection. The issue for us is what we lose when we rush, not what we gain.

In society, if we break certain laws we go to prison. In relationships also, if we break certain laws we end up in a prison--a prison of loneliness, isolation, and frustration. I call this Relationship Prison. I've been incarcerated there too many times! Weren't you my cellmate? Most of the time we go on our own. We do not understand concrete laws that govern relationships, and therefore, we break them unknowingly and repeatedly--landing us in prison time and time again. We don't have to go or stay in Relationship Prison! Happy relationships follow laws, unhappy ones are, more or less, lawless. God strengthen us.
>> Read More ... >>>
The pathway toward the Kingdom of God is interesting, isn't it? We think we have made it to the summit only to see another pinnacle to climb. When we think we can relax, plant roots, and get comfortable, all of a sudden - a mighty wind blows, once solid foundations begin to crumble, and we stand there bewildered, asking God, "WHAT NOW?"
Please let me share a bit of our story with you…>> Read More ... >>>
IT IS WITH SADNESS THAT I HAVE TO ADMIT AFTER THE MMC2009 EVERYTHING WENT SO WRONG IN MY LIFE THAT I CAME TO A STAGE WHERE I DONT BELIEVE AT ALL. I HAVE ENJOYED THAT CAMP SO MUCH AND I HAD SUCH A WONDERFULL TIME. HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE THAT ONE CAN FALL SO FAR AND SO HARD?
"There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love" (I Jn. 4:18, ESV).
Most of our fears are a consequence of not knowing God well enough. Fear comes from uncertainty. If we are confident, secure, and certain about who we are in Christ, and who Christ is in us, then we won't be worried about what the devil might do, and we won't be worried about what other people might do.
Now folks, that's a lot off your plate. Imagine what a relief it would be to just live your life in friendship with God, unaffected by worries and fears about the devil, unmoved by worries and fears about other people - what they might think, what they might say, what they might do.>> Read More ... >>>

At the time of writing this, I have been busy preparing for the Easter weekends ministry in Ulundi. I have been trying to get into studying and all and just feel the Lord getting my attention for the weekend. Once again I hear HIS voice urging me to rely and relax with HIM; sometimes with all the preperation we do; we 'prep' the Lord right out of the picture when HE desires for us to think out of the box. WOW! what a challenge again and I cry from my heart for HIS mind regarding what HE wants to do. Part of the challenge is to get out of the way so that HIS purposes can be accomplished as we patiently submit to HIS leading and guidance >> Read More ... >>>

 Last weekend,
I conducted a workshop for men who were seeking to find victory in the
area of lust, pornography and shame. It is my desire and prayer that my
testimony may offer a glimpse of hope that could serve as a catalyst to
bring about change in the lives of men reading this. This blog posting illustrates the necessity of taking
our thoughts captive before they have the ability to become engrained
habits that ultimately determine our destiny.
After sharing my
testimony at a meeting for men, I encountered a broken man. This man
was profusely weeping as he shared with me his struggles—I was the
first person he had EVER shared this with after 15
years of losing this perpetual battle. My story gave him hope for the
first time ever. As I heard this man’s brokenness, I silently said to
myself, “ It was worth the hell I went through to have
victory in this area of my life, even if it was just for this one
person to have hope again.” I’m well aware that there are
many more men out there like this person, struggling within a silent
prison—I want my story to be a means of hope for others who are
struggling with these issues. Who do you know that needs to read this
story today?
Habits of Life or Destruction
Is
it plausible to suggest that the fulfillment of the calling upon your
life is determined by the habits that you form? Habits are more
powerful in determining long-term success and impact than simply our
perceived intentions or motivations. Many have desired to change the
world—yet few have done so in a manner that they intended to. Why is
this so? One possibility: They didn’t have the necessary inner fortitude to bring about the God-ideal future into reality. Godly habits beget desirable outcomes that are in alignment with heaven’s will for our lives.
