"JESUS CRUSADE" - AMAOTI - Kingdom Collaboration for Suburb Transformation for October in KZN
AMAOTI is the biggest informal settlement in Durban, where about 80 % of street children come from. Pastors normally don’t live there, and very few permanent churches exist.
Why is it a Kingdom project? Virtually no Christian resources exist in this area and outside Businessmen are driving this crusade. The benefit of these new converts goes to the local churches in Amaoti.
This truly is an opportunity of SATURATION "Church planting" (evangelism) as the missionaries called it. Like Operation Sunrise Africa 5 years ago, the different ministries and churches can again do their part, but this time the effort is concentrated on an area and we all shall see a massive thrust for the Kingdom. It will help transform this notorious area on a permanent basis. Let’s work under the leading of the Holy Spirit and take this area for God. (Imagine taking one a year for Jesus?)
Some present contributors: Africa Enterprise will be working for the first and last weeks, Ray McCauley and the Rhema team will be doing the praise and worship and preaching during the 2nd week, Angus Buchan and others will be assisting with one or two other nights.
