NB Information for all the crusade ‘labourers’

Sunday 30th September – 2pm

· We invite all crusade helpers to join us on Sunday 30th, on site, in the tent, at 2pm for a debriefing followed by prayer (led by Pastor Clive Gopaul). It will be a wonderful coming together of believers from many churches to pray for the opening of the crusade. We want to be able join hands and surround the whole tent as we praise and lift up the name of Jesus. We have amazing dancers and musicians at 6pm, followed by Michael Cassidy who will be the main speaker. It would be wonderful for everyone to stay for this opening service and get a taste of the crusade in operation.

General information

· Please wear white T-shirts/shirts, with dark pants or skirts. You will be given a red armband each night that must be returned. Flat comfortable, enclosed shoes are advisable as the inside floor of the tent will be sawdust.

· We encourage the helpers to please use car pools and buses to come to site to assist with parking

· Wherever possible helpers should meet on site for further instruction and briefing at 5pm. Please consider the “peak hour” traffic. The services will begin at 6pm.

· FOOD & DRINK - please can we ask all helpers to bring whatever they need with them.

Prayer

· The 40 day Prayer / Fast chain began in earnest on Wednesday.

· The crusade Prayer Directive has been wonderfully received. Please ensure that all your pray-ers participating in this prayer chain have a copy of the Prayer Directive (attached).

Crusade Site

· We are very excited as final preparation is being completed before the Main Tent arrives on Wednesday .....................

· The crusade site has been fenced for security and crowd control purposes

· The 30ft Cross that was planted last Saturday will be illuminated next week and will ‘shine’ out over the community.

· Attached is a copy of the MAP to the crusade site (10km’s inland from Umhlanga).

Kingdom Food for God’s Children

· These Kingdom bags will be given to the new converts once they have completed the 5 day discipleship training- each bag contains a Bible and basic food items. The contents of each bag costs R100 all inclusive – to assist us with this process - please contact Erika Pelser on 082 444 6491.
